Police Report


The following incident/investigation reports were filed by the Pilot Mountain Police Department:

—A uniform citation was issued to Amanda Hazelwood Fosner, of Pilot Mountain on April 8 charging her with driving while license revoked.

— A uniform citation was issued to David Wayne Jones, of Pinnacle, charging him with unlawfully operating a motor vehicle at a speed of 51 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone.

— A uniform citation was issued to Nicholas Hull, of Mount Airy, charging him with driving without being licensed as a driver by the Division of Motor Vehicles of North Carolina.

— A report of property damage was filed with on April 7 on South Key Street. Beatrice Jessup Shoffner, is listed as the victim on the report which noted a scratch was made on the front fender of a vehicle via a shopping cart colliding.

— A uniform citation was issued to Andrea Nichole Honeycutt, of Pilot Mountain on April 7 charging her with driving without being licensed as driver by the Division of Motor Vehicles of North Carolina.

— A report of breaking and entering and larceny was filed on April 5 at 873 West 52 Bypass. Edward M. Armfield Civic Center was listed as the victim on the report which noted a ignition key valued at $5 was taken without authority.

— A two-car collision was reported on April 4 at West Main Street. Pennie Manley Green, of Mount Airy, and Jeffery Paul Parker, of Pinnacle, are listed as the drivers of the two vehicles involved. The total estimated damage to both vehicles is $3,500.

— A two-car collision was reported on April 4 at Academy Street. James Jonathan McHone, of Pinnacle, was listed as the driver of the vehicle that allegedly struck an unoccupied vehicle owned by Breanda Chilton Wall, of Pilot Mountain. The total estimated damage to both vehicles totals $4,500.

— A report of felony larceny, breaking and entering and property damaged was filed on April 1 at 102 East Highway 52 Bypass. Pentecostal Lighthouse Church is listed as the victim on the report which noted the rear back door was kicked in and property valued at $2,970 was taken from the premises.

— An arrest report was filed on April 6 for Joseph Gray Padron, of Booneville. Padron, 34, was arrested at 106 South Key Street. Padron was arrested and charged with failure to appear, Padron was taken to Surry County Jail and issued a $600 cash bond.

— An arrest report was filed on April 5 for Gavin Marcel Green, of Pinnacle. Green, 26, was arrested at 1487 NC Highway 268 after an order for arrest was issued on a charge of second degree trespassing. Green was taken to Surry County Jail under an $800 cash bond.
